Before turning to our technical support we recommend that you read the list of frequently asked questions ( It is possible that the solution to your problem is already described there.

If you decided to turn to us for the technical support, you are free to do it in the following ways:

  1. Use the feedback form available in your Personal Account. Fill out every field of the form attentively.
  2. send a letter to the following e-mail address: –

    Please, specify the following information in the letter:

    • Your title and name;
    • Your login, which is displayed in the upper right part of your Personal Account;
    • Version of the operating system you use with NetKids;
    • Name of the browser you use to access your Personal Account (including the version of the browser, if you know where to look it up).

Try to be brief when describing your issue. You may attach several screenshots illustrating the problem. If it is possible, please, provide more information: the name of your Internet provider, the antivirus software installed on your computer, any other parental control software you use on your PC.

We will respond to your request within 2 business days. If necessary, our specialists may ask you a few clarifying questions. The response of NetKids specialists will be sent only to the e-mail address specified during the registration.
IMPORTANT! We can not enter your Personal Account and see your personal details. Under no circumstances will NetKids specialists try to find out your password to access the system. Do not tell it to anyone!
